About TeleDentistry
Our Mission
At TelehealthDentist.com, our goal is to help patients who cannot come to a dental office. Perhaps you are not able to walk, you have no transportation, or you can't leave your house because you have to take care of a loved one. Whatever your reason is for not being able to visit a dental office, our goal is to help you until you are able to see a dentist in person.
We only provide services in California at this time. You must be located in California to be eligible for a consultation. We will be expanding to more states in the future.
Our Services
We provide virtual dental consultations to patients who cannot come to the dental office. Our goal is to help you during difficult times until you are able to see your dentist in person.
You can request consultation via live video, phone, email or text. We offer consultations for a new urgent condition, a chronic condition, or as a second opinion. Our dentist will evaluate your condition virtually and will review any records you would like to provide to us. You do not have to submit any specific records to be eligible for a consultation, however you must provide us with your comprehensive medical history.
We offer consultations to adults and children.

Patient Resources
We may prescribe antibiotics such as Amoxicillin if our dentist determines that you have a dental condition that requires treatment with an antibiotic. We also prescribe non-controlled analgesics such as Ibuprofen or Tylenol for pain. We do not prescribe controlled pain medications.
Insurance and Payment
TelehealthDentist.com does not accept insurance plans. All of our consultations are $40.00 regardless of the type of consultation you choose. We accept HSA/FSA, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Refunds
TelehealthDentist.com offers refunds if you cancel your appointment prior to your scheduled consultation or decide not to have a consultation via phone or text. Use "Contact Us" button to request a refund.
